Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.

The From Soldier to Soldier cufflinks in sterling silver (925) are a classic choice for those who want a sharp, masculine look with composure and gravitas. The clean silver look gives a stylish finish that goes with both dark and light shirts and works equally well with suits, blazers or a more casual, dressy style. The cufflinks are discreet but striking - a detail that signals quality and personality without being loud.
About From Soldier to Soldier
From Soldier to Soldier is Aagaard's bracelet collection rooted in a soldier tradition where parachute lines (paracord) braided into bracelets as a symbol of community and strong bonds.
The story is specifically based on 2008 where the soldier Stefan Hylleborg while deployed in Afghanistan was inspired by an American paratrooper and started making bracelets that were quickly used for fundraising and support - later put into production via Aagaard.
