Returns

At A-Hjort you always have 60 days full return policy, where you can return your jewelry.

Returning your jewelry is easy and simple. However, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.

For returns, you can follow our guide below:

1. Put the jewelry in the original jewelry box.

2. Pack the jewelry securely - for example in a cardboard box, bubble envelope or other protective packaging.

3. Attach the buyer's full name, delivery note or order number.

4. Clearly note whether you would like a refund, a credit note, or the jewellery treated as a complaint.

When we receive your return package, we will automatically refund the money to the payment card used for the purchase.

We recommend that you use our returns portal where you can easily purchase an insured return label with track-and-trace: Link to return portal.
You are also welcome to buy a return label yourself at your nearest parcel shop. However, please note that it is always your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches us safely.

Flexible returns for gifts

When buying jewelry as a gift (e.g. birthday, confirmation or Christmas) we can extend the return deadline. Simply note the desired date in the comment field at checkout.

If the return deadline is exceeded, we always assess each case individually and strive to find a solution - within reason.
