At A-Hjort, we offer free shipping on orders over €49. For orders below €49, shipping starts at €4.95.

Our webshop is open 24 hours a day

You can shop whenever it suits you. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an booking confirmation by email confirming that your order has been received and registered in our system.

When your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a new email with confirmation and a tracking link for your parcel.

Delivery with DHL

We ship your jewelry with DHL to parcel shops – always with tracking and insurance.

We reserve the right for any delays with DHL.

Fast delivery

At A-Hjort, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We aim to dispatch your order within a few working days, so you typically receive it within 2–8 working days. In some cases, an item may be temporarily out of stock, which may result in minor delays.

Do you need fast delivery?

If your order is urgent, you are very welcome to contact us. We can quickly inform you whether your order can be shipped the same day or the next day.

Terms and conditions

In all transactions, A-Hjort reserves the right for price errors, typing errors, sold-out or discontinued items, suspected fraud and force majeure. If any of these conditions apply, we reserve the right to cancel an order in whole or in part. Should anything occur in connection with your order, we will of course contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

ATTENTION! If your parcel is not collected from the parcel shop and is returned to us, a fee of 10 EUR will be charged.
