Purchase, delivery and return
How can I pay at A-Hjort?
Payment is made via Klarna (payment gateway provider). Card data can never be seen or found by anyone other than you as a customer and by Klarna. The payment system of course complies with all applicable standards and laws.
Time of Delivery at A-Hjort
A-Hjort strives to deliver the order as quickly as possible. The package is sent within a few working days, and the customer will receive the order within 3-8 working days.
If the jewelry is not in stock, it can take several working days before the order arrives at the delivery address. In case of an urgent order, it will always be possible to contact A-Hjort in order to know whether the jewelry can be sent the same day.
A-Hjort makes reservations for delays from our shipping partners.
Return of jewelry

If you are going to return something to us, it should be sent to:

Returns will only be processed if they are sent to this address! It's easy and straightforward.
1. Always send an email first to firstname.lastname@example.org with the item number / item name of the piece / jewelery in question.
2. Only return the jewelery in the box in which you received it.
3. Place it in a plain envelope.
4. Send it as a regular letter.
5. Attach the buyer's full name, delivery note or web order number.
Freight charges when returning jewelry
If you want to return a piece of jewelery, you pay for the return shipment yourself, but it's easy and straightforward.
Send the jewelry in the jewelry box you received it in.
Put this in a regular envelope and send it as a regular letter.
Attach the full name of the costumer or web order number.
Remember to write whether it should be credited or complaint.
The money is automatically returned to the payment card used when ordering.

To register a complaint
At A-Hjort, all customers must be spoiled, and we always receive all complaints with respect, understanding and helpfulness.
We know that jewellery often have a great importance and that is why we ALWAYS want to help you repair or replace a new one if the accident is out.
When complaining, make sure to describe as accurately as possible what is wrong with the jewellery. Please include this information, as well as your order number, in the return shipment.
60 days full return policy
At A-Hjort we always give a minimum of 60 days full return policy.
However, we are always nice and helpful, so when the deadline is exceeded, we can always find a solution.
We can also put the date ahead - if you are in good time with this year's Christmas gift or other - then we would like to set the exchange / return date first until the day the gift is to be given.

Instructions of using the jewerly
All jewelry sold at A-Hjort complies with the Danish legal requirements for the release of nickel, cadmium, lead and mercury. All designers comply with the stamp laws for silver and gold.
When the jewelry is not in use, they should be stored in the box you received them in. If several pieces of jewelry are lying together, they may discolor each other and fade in color.
All jewelry that has a surface treatment must be taken care of as the surface might slowly fade from its original colour.
It is recommended that you take off your jewelry before:
taking a bath
baths in chlorine and saline.
In addition, it is recommended to avoid:
Jewelry with stones can lose their shine over time due to dirt. They can be cleaned with a toothbrush, lukewarm water and dishwashing liquid.
Jewelry with pearls, ceramics, leather, enamel or stone must be taken care of.The glue can dissolve, the color of the ceramic can fade or the enamel can break.
The jewelry can be refreshed by using a silver / gold cleanser. Always read the instructions for using this. Jewelry with pearls, amber, leather, enamel and ceramics can not tolerate silver / gold cleaning in the same way as jewelry without - only with close supervision, avoid it if possible.
Some people excrete substances in the skin that provoke the discoloration process in sterling silver / gold plated. It can be people who take a certain type of medicine, people with diabetes, etc. other things. Very few people cannot tolerate sterling silver. Then it is recommended only to wear jewelry of high carat gold.
Cookies are necessary to make the webshop work optimally.
Storage of personal data
When you shop at A-HJORT, we need some personal information to complete the trade:
Phone / mobile number
The data above is stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year with information about which goods you have purchased (see section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act). The information is deleted after 5 years.
If you have created an user account for self-service with us, your personal information as well as order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.
Information is never passed on or sold to third parties unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company.
Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation at any time.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Personal Data Processing Act.

How to shop at A-hjort

The online store is always open, and you can shop whenever you want. Once you have ordered, you will receive a receipt of your order per. e-mail. The receipt should be perceived as a message that we have received your order.
Your order will then be processed within a few business days.
In all actions, A-HJORT ApS reserves the right to change price errors, typing errors, sold-out or outgoing goods, suspected fraud and force majeure. If any of the above conditions apply, we reserve the right to cancel a trade in whole or in part. Should anything occur in connection with your order, we will of course contact you as soon as possible with the intention of solving the challenges.
