Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
Gold plated sterling silver 925
Gold plated sterling silver 925 is real sterling silver (92.5% silver) with a thin layer of gold on the surface, which gives a warm gold colored look. Gold plating is typically done with gold in approximately 18-22 carats, and the color can therefore vary in tone. As the coating is a surface, the finish is best maintained with gentle use and proper care.
More about Heart Chain Drop Earrings
The Heart Chain Drop Earrings are created with a light and refined look, combining simple lines with subtle moving details. The earrings are made in both gold-plated sterling silver 925 and sterling silver 925 and are adorned with a feminine heart motif that is extended by a fine chain. The chain adds a vibrant drop under the ear and gives the design an elegant movement without seeming heavy.
The overall look is decorative yet understated, making the earrings suitable for both everyday wear and more formal occasions. The light chain structure adds a modern touch to the classic heart and creates a balance between traditional design language and a more contemporary look.
The earrings can be worn on their own for a clean and simple look, or as part of a multi-jewelry styling for a more personal and complex look.
