Storage of personal data
When you shop at A-HJORT, we process the personal data needed to complete your purchase and give you good service. We never sell your data, and we process it in accordance with the applicable data protection rules, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who has access to your data
We share only the data needed for the task with the partners who help us run the web shop – for example with payment, delivery and sending newsletters. They may only use the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. If data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, this only happens on a lawful basis. If the company is sold or restructured in whole or in part, the data may pass to the new owner in accordance with the applicable rules.
How long we keep it
We keep information about your purchases for as long as bookkeeping rules require – currently 5 years from the end of the financial year the purchase belongs to. After that it is deleted. If you are signed up for the newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can object to the processing, ask us to restrict it and receive your data in a commonly used format. If you have given your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Data that the law requires us to keep can, however, only be deleted once the retention period has expired.
