60 days full return policy

All purchases in the webshop are covered by a 60-day right of return policy.

Up to 60 days after receiving your goods, you can notify us that you are cancelling your purchase and then return the goods to us.

If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

If you need to return something to us due to the right of cancellation, it must be sent to our postal address, see our terms and conditions under contact and returns.

If you choose NOT to pick up your parcel - and the parcel is returned due to non-collection - a fee for shipping and packaging will be charged. See the applicable rate under delivery.
