Return of jewelry

Please, send us an email via our contact page - (describe what jewelry the return relates to.)

Returns must be sent to our address, which you can find on our contact page.

Returns will only be processed if they are sent to this address! It's easy and straightforward.

1. Always send an email first via our contact page with the item number / item name of the piece / jewelery in question.

2. Only return the jewelery in the box in which you received it.

3. Place it in a plain envelope.

4. Send it as a regular letter.

5. Attach the buyer's full name, delivery note or web order number.
