Newsletter code - how the discount code works

Newsletter codes are a discount code that you receive when you sign up for the newsletter. It can only be used when the promotion is active and is generally not valid on already discounted items. Codes cannot normally be combined with other offers or discounts.

A newsletter code is a promotional code that you receive as a thank you for signing up for the newsletter. The code is entered in the discount code field in the basket or at checkout and the discount is automatically deducted if the conditions are met.

Newsletter codes and campaigns are not permanent. They typically run in delimited periods and can therefore only be used while they are active. If you find a code on an external discount site, it may have expired or not apply to the items in your cart - and then it will not be activated.

As a starting point, a newsletter code applies not on already discounted items/sales.

The code also does not apply with retroactive effect. If you have already placed an order, the discount cannot usually be added afterwards - promotions are valid from the time they are active and for orders placed during the promotion period.
