Buy 3 Pay 2 - Rules, exceptions and how it works

Buy 3 pay 2 means that you can choose three items and the price of the item with the lowest price is automatically deducted in the basket/checkout. The discount is only triggered when there are 3 eligible items in the cart and it typically appears as an automatic promotional discount.

The offer is time-limited and drives in periods. This means that you can't count on it always being active and you can't "save" the offer for later if the promotion is over. When the promotion is not active, the discount will not be deducted even if you add three items to the cart.

As a general rule, buy 3 pay 2 does not apply to items that are already discounted (sale) and the offer cannot normally be combined with other discount codes. If there are any exceptions, it will be clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion on the page or in the basket.

If I return one item, what happens next?
If you return an item from a 3 pay 2 purchase, it may affect the promotional discount. For example, if you only keep two items, the order no longer qualifies for the offer and the discount may be recalculated so that you end up paying the normal price for the items you keep (minus any other applicable discount).
