Free shipping - when do I get free delivery?
In most EU countries you get free shipping to a parcel shop on qualifying orders: from €49 in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, and from €69 in most other countries. Below that, shipping starts at €4.95. Shipping is shown automatically in the cart and checkout, so you always see the cost before completing your purchase.
Free shipping means that you do not pay for standard delivery when your order exceeds the free shipping threshold. If your order is below the threshold, the shipping cost is calculated automatically in checkout.
When selecting delivery, you may be able to choose between different delivery options. Any additional costs will always be clearly shown in checkout.
Does free shipping apply to returns?
Parcel shop delivery is free from €49 in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, and from €69 in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Ireland, Latvia and Lithuania have home delivery only (€7.95, or €2 from €69), so shipping there is never free. Elsewhere, where home delivery is offered, it costs €2 above the threshold. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. For returns, our standard return policy applies.
