Free shipping - when do I get free delivery?
In most EU countries you get free shipping to a pickup point on orders over €69. For orders below €69, shipping starts at €4.95. Shipping is shown automatically in the cart and checkout, so you always see the cost before completing your purchase.
Free shipping means that you do not pay for standard delivery when your order exceeds the free shipping threshold. If your order is below the threshold, the shipping cost is calculated automatically in checkout.
When selecting delivery, you may be able to choose between different delivery options. Any additional costs will always be clearly shown in checkout.
Does free shipping apply to exchanges and returns?
Free shipping applies to pickup-point delivery on orders over €69 in most EU countries. Exceptions: Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands get free pickup-point delivery from €49. Ireland, Latvia and Lithuania have home delivery only (€7.95, or €2 from €69), so shipping there is never free. Elsewhere, home delivery costs €2 above the threshold. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. For exchanges or returns, our standard return policy applies.
