Free shipping - when do I get free delivery?

We have always free shipping - regardless of order size. You will see free delivery automatically in the basket/checkout when you select a delivery method. Free shipping is not a promotion with us, but a regular benefit.

Does free shipping also apply to exchanges and returns?
Free shipping applies to your purchase. If you subsequently want to exchange or return, it will follow our normal exchange and return terms. This does not change the fact that you always get free delivery when you order from us.
