At A-Hjort, all customers must be spoiled, and we always receive all complaints with respect, understanding and helpfulness.

We know that jewellery often have a great importance and that is why we ALWAYS want to help you repair or replace a new one if the jewelry is damaged. 

If you want to advertise a piece of jewelery, you pay for the return shipping yourself, but it is easy and straightforward:

  1. Send the jewelry in the jewelry box you received it in.
  2. When complaining, make sure you describe as accurately as possible what is wrong with the jewelry. Please enclose this information, as well as your order number in the return shipment.
  3. Attach the full name of the costumer or web order number.
  4. Put this in a regular envelope and send it as a regular letter.
