At A-Hjort, all customers must be spoiled, and we always receive all complaints with respect, understanding and helpfulness.
We know that jewellery often have a great importance and that is why we ALWAYS want to help you repair or replace a new one if the jewelry is damaged.
If you want to advertise a piece of jewelery, you pay for the return shipping yourself, but it is easy and straightforward:
- Send the jewelry in the jewelry box you received it in.
- When complaining, make sure you describe as accurately as possible what is wrong with the jewelry. Please enclose this information, as well as your order number in the return shipment.
- Attach the full name of the costumer or web order number.
- Put this in a regular envelope and send it as a regular letter.
