Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
More about Moon Ring
The Moon Ring has a dreamy and poetic expression where an elegant moon motif gives the ring a cosmic and feminine character with a quiet and romantic presence on the finger. The soft and curved shape of the moon adds a natural and organic dimension to the ring, while the symbolism of cycle, intuition and change gives the piece a personal and meaningful depth that makes it a natural choice both as a special gift and as an everyday piece of jewelry with a quiet and poetic presence. The ring is available in sizes from 50 to 60 and in several variants, making it easy to find the version that best suits your style and preferences.
The ring is made of sterling silver 925, where the classic silver base works well on its own or as part of a larger jewelry universe. The simple choice of material lets the moon motif stand as the supporting and expressive element of the design.

The classic, Scandinavian-inspired look is consistent throughout - clean, feminine and never overdone.
By Aagaard works with gold-plated sterling silver 925 and sterling silver 925 and selected details in freshwater pearls and cubic zirconia - materials that give each piece of jewelry a warm glow and a durability that extends far beyond the season.
