Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Gold plated sterling silver 925
Gold plated sterling silver 925 is real sterling silver (92.5% silver) with a thin layer of gold on the surface, which gives a warm gold colored look. Gold plating is typically done with gold in approximately 18-22 carats, and the color can therefore vary in tone. As the coating is a surface, the finish is best maintained with gentle use and proper care.
Zirconia - colors, difference from diamond and care
Zirconia (often called cubic zirconia/CZ) is a popular synthetic stone that resembles a diamond thanks to its clear shine and strong light reflection. The most common colour is clear/white, but zirconia is also available in many colours such as blue, green, pink, and champagne. It is widely used in jewellery because it delivers an exclusive look at a more accessible price point. Zirconia has a consistent appearance and can be cut into many shapes, making it suitable for both minimalist and more eye-catching designs. With proper care, zirconia can stay beautiful for a long time.
More about Leaf Bracelet
The Leaf Bracelet is an elegant and timeless bracelet that combines a light chain design with an organically shaped center motif. The nature-inspired leaf gives the piece a soft and feminine look, while the small cubic zirconia stones add a subtle shine that creates a refined play of light. The design is harmonious and versatile with a balance between the simple and the decorative.
The bracelet is made of 925 gold-plated sterling silver and is detailed with cubic zirconia. It has an adjustable length of approximately 16-20 cm. The warm gold plating gives an elegant and golden look, while the set stones add finesse without dominating the design. The Leaf Bracelet can be worn alone as a light and feminine statement or combined with other bracelets for a more personal layered look.
