Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Gold plated sterling silver 925
Gold plated sterling silver 925 is real sterling silver (92.5% silver) with a thin layer of gold on the surface, which gives a warm gold colored look. Gold plating is typically done with gold in approximately 18-22 carats, and the color can therefore vary in tone. As the coating is a surface, the finish is best maintained with gentle use and proper care.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
More about Pearl Drop Earrings
The Pearl Drop Earrings have an elegant and feminine look, combining a decorative stud with small sparkling details and a freshwater pearl pendant. The design is harmonious with a balance between the soft, organic shapes and the more refined, sparkling elements. The round pearl adds a classic and timeless touch, while the small cubic zirconia stones provide a subtle play of light.
The overall look is light and sophisticated, making the earrings suitable for both everyday wear and more dressy occasions. The golden finish enhances the natural glow of the pearls and brings the design together in a warm and feminine expression. The earrings are made in 925 gold-plated sterling silver with details in freshwater pearls and cubic zirconia, providing a durable base and an exclusive overall look.
