Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
Zirconia - colors, difference from diamond and care
Zirconia (often called cubic zirconia/CZ) is a popular synthetic stone that resembles a diamond thanks to its clear shine and strong light reflection. The most common colour is clear/white, but zirconia is also available in many colours such as blue, green, pink, and champagne. It is widely used in jewellery because it delivers an exclusive look at a more accessible price point. Zirconia has a consistent appearance and can be cut into many shapes, making it suitable for both minimalist and more eye-catching designs. With proper care, zirconia can stay beautiful for a long time.
More about Leaf Cubic Zirconia Stud Earrings
The Leaf Cubic Zirconia Stud Earrings are created with a light and nature-inspired expression, where clean lines and a timeless design language frame the design. The studs are made of 925 sterling silver and detailed with cubic zirconia, which adds a discreet and elegant play of light.
The design is based on a leaf motif, where the soft shapes create an organic and harmonious silhouette. The small stones emphasize the structure of the motif and give a refined look without making the jewelry heavy, making the studs suitable for both everyday and more dressy occasions.
The simple design language makes them easy to combine with other jewelry while working well on their own as a light and feminine statement. The cubic zirconia detailing adds a subtle shine that supports the elegant and timeless look.
