Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
Zirconia - colors, difference from diamond and care
Zirconia (often called cubic zirconia/CZ) is a popular synthetic stone that resembles a diamond thanks to its clear shine and strong light reflection. The most common colour is clear/white, but zirconia is also available in many colours such as blue, green, pink, and champagne. It is widely used in jewellery because it delivers an exclusive look at a more accessible price point. Zirconia has a consistent appearance and can be cut into many shapes, making it suitable for both minimalist and more eye-catching designs. With proper care, zirconia can stay beautiful for a long time.
More about Droplets Cubic Zirconia Drop Earrings
The Droplets Cubic Zirconia Drop Earrings have an elegant and moving expression where several open links are joined together in an elongated shape that falls beautifully along the ear, creating a playful and dynamic look. The clear cubic zirconia stones are distributed throughout the design, giving each link a sparkling and refined touch, while the elongated shape adds a modern and feminine elongation. The silver finish emphasizes the clean and classic look and provides a cool, timeless tone that works beautifully for both everyday and more festive occasions.
The earrings are made of 925 sterling silver with cubic zirconia details, where the classic silver base works well alone or with other jewelry. The cubic zirconia stones elevate the material choice and add an exclusive and sparkling touch.
