Water-resistant jewelry
"Water-resistant jewelry" is jewelry that can withstand water in everyday life - such as hand washing and light rain - without changing expression quickly. It's all about the material and surface. Stainless steel and solid gold typically withstands water better than plated jewelry such as gold plated. In some cases, the following are also used PVD treatment (Physical Vapor Deposition), where a very thin, hard coating "bonds" to the surface and can provide better wear resistance than traditional coating - but it's still a surface that can eventually wear out depending on use. Jewelry with stones, beads or glue should generally be kept dry.
Silver Sterling 925
Sterling silver 925 is one of the most used materials for jewelry. "925" means that the jewelry consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which makes it more robust for everyday wear. It gives a classic silver look that's easy to style, and with simple care, the jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
Zirconia - colors, difference from diamond and care
Zirconia (often called cubic zirconia/CZ) is a popular synthetic stone that resembles a diamond thanks to its clear shine and strong light reflection. The most common colour is clear/white, but zirconia is also available in many colours such as blue, green, pink, and champagne. It is widely used in jewellery because it delivers an exclusive look at a more accessible price point. Zirconia has a consistent appearance and can be cut into many shapes, making it suitable for both minimalist and more eye-catching designs. With proper care, zirconia can stay beautiful for a long time.
More about Cubic Zirconia Hoop Earrings
The Cubic Zirconia Hoop Earrings give the classic hoop design a subtle and refined lift with small set cubic zirconia stones that are distributed along the surface and catch the light in a subtle and elegant way. The stones add a sparkling detail without overpowering the clean lines, resulting in an earring that balances the simple and the extraordinary in one shape. The silver finish emphasizes the clean and timeless look and provides a cool, classic tone that works beautifully for both everyday simple looks and more dressy occasions.
The earrings are made of 925 sterling silver with cubic zirconia details, where the classic silver base works well on its own or as part of a larger jewelry universe. The cubic zirconia stones enhance the choice of material and add an exclusive and sparkling touch without disturbing the whole.
