Ordering at A-Hjort

From the first click on A-Hjort to receiving your order, we want to make it as easy, straightforward and delicious as possible.

The webshop is always open and you can shop whenever you want.

  • Once you have ordered, you will receive a receipt of your order per. email (an order confirmation). The receipt should only be considered as a notice that we have received your order.
  • Once your order is packed, you will per. email receive a confirmation that the order has been processed. In this email, a tracking link on the package will appear. Your invoice will be sent in a separate e-mail from Klarna.
  • The package is then left to our shipping partner, and you can expect to receive the goods 3-8 days later.

A-HJORT makes reservations for price errors, key errors, sold out or expired items, suspected fraud and force majeure. If any of the above conditions apply, we reserve the right to cancel a trade in whole or in part. Should anything occur in connection with your order, we will of course contact you as soon as possible in order to solve the challenges.
